Deceased was born in Vermont on March 17, 1835, but for many years had made her home in this city and vicinity. She is survived by four children, E. M., G. H., and James and Mrs. Carrie Skow of Maquoketa, who now mourn the loss of a kind, indulgent, Christian mother. The funeral will be held from the late home at two o’clock Thursday afternoon, Rev. D. E. Boomershine officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
