Maquoketa Record, April 2, 1897 

Mrs. M. C. Livermore died at 4 a.m., Wednesday, March 31, 1897, at her home on 
South Olive Street, Maquoketa, at the age of 76 years, 21 days. Mrs. Livermore 
leaves four children, one of whom, Frank Watson, lives in this city. Funeral 
services were conducted in the M.E. Church, Thursday at 10 a.m., Rev. W. C. 
Macurdy officiating. The remains were laid to rest in Mt. Hope cemetery.
