Moss- This gentleman died near Bellview on the 4th inst. He was the Whig candidate for the Legislature in Jackson County, at the time of his death, and it was thought stood a fair chance of being elected. He represented that county winter before last in the Legislature, where he was deemed an active and industrious man.
