OBITUARY

WILLIAM PROPE

William Prope passes away at his home east of Andrew at 6 a.m., following an
illness of three years duration. Mr. Prope was born near Garryowen, November 5,
1879 and was 54 years of age at the time of his death. He was united in marriage
to Sarah Horan, who survives. The deceased was a member of the Catholic church.

Funeral services were conducted from the home to St. John’s Catholic church at
9:30 o’clock Tuesday morning with requiem high mass by the Rev. J. G. Schmitz.
Rev. Frommelt of Dubuque and Rev. Meyerhoffer of Placid, assisted.
