The deceased was born in Luxemburg, Germany, in 1854, and when he was 18 months old his parents removed to this country, settling near Springbrook, where he resided until about six years ago when he moved to this city. Besides an aged mother he leaves a wife and nine children to mourn their loss. The funeral was held Thursday at Sts. Peter and Paul Church at Springbrook, Rev. Father Knapstein officiating. The remains were interred in the Catholic Cemetery at that place.
