The funeral was held 2 o'clock Wednesday at Carson-Balster funeral home, with the Rev. Harry Green, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial was made in Mt. Hope cemetery. Mr. Ripple was born January 14, 1905 at Fulton and has spent his entire life in this community. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Ripple. He was married October 12, 1926 to Miss Oma Beck. To the union were born four children, Lois, James, Ronald and Florence, who survive. He is also survived by his father, four brothers, Allen, Lynn and Clifford in California and Dillon at Ft. Knox, Kentucky and one sister, Marie Sagers. His mother preceded him in death in 1932 and a sister, Lola, died in 1935.
