    Maquoketa Excelsior-Record, January 9, 1920.

    Word comes from the D. F. Lockwoods, who have been in Milwaukee for several
days, that their son-in-law, Lou Wright, who was reported killed by accident,
had met his death in a street railway accident. He was caught between two cars
while making a coupling.

    Mr. and Mrs. Duane Lockwood, who were called to Milwaukee over a week ago on
account of the accidental death of their son-in-law, Lou Wright, returned home
Friday morning. They brought their granddaughter, little Helen Wright, with them
and are having adoption papers made out so that from now on Helen will be a
permanent member of their family.
