Blake, deceased Probate No. 4006, Office of the Clerk of District Court of Jackson County, Iowa Will of Harry C. Blake, deceased, dated June 17, 1919, filed June 27, 1919 First: I direct that my executor hereafter named first pay out of my estate all my just debts of all kinds. Second: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Dorothy Blake, daughter by my first wife, the sum of five dollars, she never having lived with me at any time in her lifetime. Third: Subject to the above I give devise and bequeath to my wife, Myrna Blake and my daughter Harriett Blake, all the rest of my property of all kinds wherever found or located both real and personal property, the same to be divided equally between them, share and share alike, and this to be in full of the distributive share that would otherwise go to my wife as provided by law if no will was made by me.
