Boardman I, Mary B. Boardman, wife of Wm. C. Boardman of the City of Maquoketa in the County of Jackson and State of Iowa and being of sound mind do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in the manner following That is to say I give and bequeath to my husband Wm. C. Boardman all my real estate also all my personal estate and property of any kind to have and to hold in his own right after my decease and I do hereby appoint my said husband Wm. C. Boardman sole executrix of this my Last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of February, 1878. Mary B. Boardman The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed and declared by the said Mary B. Boardman as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.
