Leonard Decker gives Mrs. Spencer and Mrs. Woley, sisters and heirs by will to two- thirds of the old and new Decker House and other property west of Main Street, $12,000 in cash for their undivided interests, excepting certain lots of minor value. In this final settlement the contestants of the will (Mrs. Woley and Mrs. Spencer) will get $16,000 each or about what the will intended. Landlord Woley will vacate the Decker House a week from today and the house with all its appurtenances will pass into the hands of Leonard Decker, who will employ an experienced hotel man to manage it. We trust that Mr. and Mrs. Woley will remain residents of our city, as they most likely will, to attend to their large property interests here.
