Last Will and Testament of Frank C. Doyle

I, Frank C. Doyle, of the City of Sabula, Jackson County, State of Iowa, being 
of sound mind and memory and in all respects competent to make a will, do 
hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and 
Testament, hereby revoking and canceling all other wills by me at any time 
heretofore made.
First-I direct the payment of all my just debts, obligations and funeral 
expenses shall be first paid out of my estate.
Second-I give devise and bequeath my homestead, including the adjacent lot, to 
my sister Florence Doyle, presently of Sabula, Iowa, for and during her 
natural life, and upon her death, I direct that said property including any 
contents therein contained and owned by me, shall become part of my residuary 
estate and shall be distributed as hereinafter provided.
Third-I give, devise and bequeath my thirty (30) acre tract of land, now 
occupied by my nephew Phillip Gregorson, to my nephew, Phillip Gregorson, to 
have and to hold, absolutely and forever, except in the event that he shall 
predecease me, then and in that event, this bequest shall lapse and said 
property shall become part of my residuary estate and shall be distributed as 
hereinafter provided.
Fourth-I give devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my 
property, real as well as  personal, which I now own or may hereafter acquire, 
to my nieces and nephews who may survive me, in equal shares and share and 
share alike.
Fifth-I appoint my nephew, Robert J. Kenney, of Clinton, Iowa, as executor of 
this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that Robert J. Kenney shall 
predecease me, or for any other reason should be unable or not desirous of 
acting as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, then and in that event, 
I appoint my nephew, Donald Kenney, as Executor of this my Last Will and 
Testament.
Sixth-I direct that my Executor, whoever it may be, may sell and convey any or 
all of my real or personal property without the authority of the court or any 
Judge thereof.

THIS WILL is executed by me at Clinton, Iowa, on this 24th day of July, A. 
D. ,1964.
