ORR FUNERAL HELD AT ONSLOW FRIDAY JUNE 2nd Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Orr, 71, who died at the Anamosa hospital, May 31, were held at the Onslow Presbyterian church Friday afternoon, Rev. Frank Schroeder officiating. Burial was in the family lot in Clay cemetery. Mr. Orr was the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. William Tibbit, pioneers of the community north of Onslow known as Fram Creek. Her entire life had been spent in the community north of Onslow. She was an active member of the Presbyterian church and of the Ladies Guild. Mrs. Orr is survived by a son, Francis Orr and a daughter, Mrs. Edna Hamilton, both north of Onslow, where the son operates the Orr home farm. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Lester Orr and Janet Hamilton; two sisters, Mrs. Victoria French of Spencer and Mrs. Bella Howard of Onslow, and a number of nieces and nephews. Her husband Jack died twelve years ago.
