Obituaty of Elsie Etta Satterly Dumenil, Lee County, Iowa Obituary of Elsie Etta Satterly Dumenil, Argyle, Lee County, Iowa Daily Gate City, Keokuk, Iowa October 26, 1971 ELSIE E. DUMENIL ARGYLE - Elsie E. Dumenil, 77, Argyle, died at 3:28 a.m. today at Graham hospital. She had been a patient in the hospital for four days. The daughter of Hugh and Louise Carver Satterly, she was born in Farmington, November 8, 1893. She was married to Leslie Dumenil at Farmington, Oct. 16, 1919. He survives. Mrs. Dumenil lived in the same house in Argyle for 52 years. She was a member of the Argyle United Presbyterian church and the UPW of the church. She is survived by her husband; one son, Lloyd C., Ames, Ia.; two daughters, Mrs. Lester (Betty) Linn, Tipton, Ia.; Mrs. James (Dorothy) Fields, Phoenix, Ariz.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister, and one grandson. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, October 28, at the Argyle United Presbyterian church. Interment will be in the Embury cemetery. The Miller-Hofbauer Funeral home, Donnellson is in charge of arrangements.
