Der Christliche Botschafter, 20 Jul 1861, Cleveland, Oh
Died blessed and in peace, 23 June, in Otter Creek Twp., Linn Co., Ia., Sister 
Maria Henz, lawful wedded wife of Conrad Henz.  Her maiden name was Lambert.  
She died in childbed.  Six years ago she discovered the truth, joined the 
Evangelical communion, and remained true in belief until the end.  Her 
suffering filled her with patience and she had a great desire to go to her 
Saviour.  Her dearest wish: to speak before her Saviour.  Because she requested 
it, we sang the song: "Netze kein Aug" (note from translator: Literally, "wet 
no eye" or "Do not weep for me") which she sang with us, filled with heavenly 
joy and desire.  She leaves behind a sorrowing widower and 3 minor children, 
deprived early of her guidance by her departure.  J. Kronmuller.
