George A. Harman 

Cedar Rapids, Iowa 

Born November 15, 1890. Son of Anna and Oliver D. Harman. Volunteered August 6, 
1918. Radio, U. S. Navy. 

Additional Comments:
Index reads, "Harman, George Alpha."

Image has been resized. It appears that Mr. Harman's photo was physically cut 
from a snapshot and pasted on a plain gray back ground with the cap either 
enhanced or hand drawn. A larger image just makes this art work more obvious.
