Dr. Frank Naibert Dies, Long Illness __Dr. Frank J. Naibert, 3602 First avenue NE, a lifelong resident of Cedar Rapids and a chiropractor for 32 years before his retirement in 1952, died in a local nursing home Sunday following a long illness. __He was born April 15, 1893, in Cedar Rapids. He was a veteran of World war I. __Surviving are his wife, Lillian, and a son, Dr. Zane Naibert of Courtland, N.Y. __Dr. Naibert was a member of Westminister Presbyterian church, Crescent lodge AF & AM and Trowel chapter RAM. He was the organizer of the VFW post in Cedar Rapids. __Memorial services: Turner chapel at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Allen S. Van Cleve and Crescent lodge. Graveside services will be conducted by the VFW. Anna Naibert. __Anna Naibert, 91, of 723 Eighteenth st. SE, widow of Joseph Naibert and a Cedar Rapids resident 76 years, died Thursday. Born in Czechoslovakia, she was a member of St. Paul's Methodist church and Cedar chapter No. 184 of OES. __Surviving are a son Frank, a daughter, Mrs. James A. Largent, both of Cedar Rapids; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank Jiruska of Cedar Rapids, and 2 brothers, William Vick of Des Moines, and Joseph, of Waterloo. Her husband to whom she was married in Cedar Rapids Sept. 25, 1892, died in March of 1943 (sic.). __Services: Barta-Hesser chapel Saturday at 1:30 by Dr. H. Hughes Dill. Burial: Czech National. Death Takes Joe Naibert, Former Bakery Owner __Joseph Naibert, 69, a resident of Cedar Rapids for 55 years, died at 1 a.m. today (Friday) at his home, 820 15th-st. SE, following a long illness. He had been in the bakery business for 36 years prior to the sale of the plant at 308 6th - ave. SE to Petersen Baking Co. __Mr. Naibert was born in Bohemia Feb. 8, 1871, coming to this city when a small boy. He was a member of St. Paul's M. E. church, Crescent lodge No. 25, A. F. & A. M., the Butchers & Grocers' association, and was an honorary member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. __He is survived by his widow, Anna; two sons, Dr. Frank J. of this city and Eugene E. of Dearborn, Mich., and a daughter, Mrs. J. A. Largent of Cedar Rapids. He also leaves a brother, Frank and a sister, Mrs. C. C. Swab, both of this city. __Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. in the Barta chapel. Re. Charles J. Bready, pastor of St. Paul's church, will officiate.
