CHARLES O. ABRAHAMSON and MISS CYNTHIA MILLER, both of English Township. The ceremony was performed by Mr. C.F. Ward, Minister for the Chariton Christian Church. Only a small company was present. The bride wore a dress of changeable brown silk. The groom wore the conventional black. The groom is a young man of worth and industry and one of Lucas County's successful young farmers. The bride has been raised in Chariton. She was educated here and at Drake University in Des Moines. She has taught several terms of school and was one of our county's most successful teachers. By her modesty, culture and training she is well equipped to preside over the newly made home. The newly married couple will live in English Township and their prospects give evidence of a life of happiness and usefulness.
