DALLAS. In Marion county, 14 miles southwest of Knoxville, its shipping point.
It has 2 churches, a free school, and 75 inhabitants. 
Shipments, hogs and cattle. Mail stages tri-weekly to Newbern and Knoxville;
fare, 20 and 45 cents respectively. H. P. Campbell, postmaster.
