She had been in failing health several years but had not been confined to her bed. Mrs. Huff, a daughter of David and Eliza Moler, was born in Gallia County, Ohio, January 2, 1866. She lived at the place of her birth until she was 9 years of age and then came to Iowa with her parents, who settled in Marshall county, near Lamoille. With the exception of five years spent in Holt County, Nebraska, she had made her home in Marshall county the rest of her life. She was married to John H. Huff Jan 2, 1883, near Lamoille. Mr. and Mrs. Huff were the parents of three children: Mrs. Ira Lively, Marshalltown; Claude D. Huff, Goddard, Alaska; and Merle L. Huff, Kansas City, Mo. Mrs. Huff is also survived by a brother, H. A. Moler of Sioux City. She is a member of the Congregational church, a charter member of the Lamoille Woman's Club and a member of Central chapter, O.E.S. of Marshalltown. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday, January 15, 1936, at the Pursel funeral home, and burial will be in the Lamoille cemetery.
