	Larry M. Taylor, 45, Onawa, Iowa, died Friday, February 7, 1992, at 
St. Lukes Medical Center in Sioux City, IA.
	He was born August 23, 1946, at Henderson, IA, to Homer Curtis and 
Lucille Marcella (Pierce) Taylor.  On April 14, 1973, he married Barbara 
Siebrecht at Odebolt, IA.  
	Survivors include his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Susanna and 
Amelia, both at home; his parents, Homer and Lucille Taylor of Henderson, 
Iowa; his in-laws, Kermit and Jean Siebrecht of Odebolt, IA; one sister and 
her husband, Ilona and Robert Barham of Omaha; and two brothers and their 
wives, Rolfe and Kathleen of Knoxville, IA, and Mack and Renate of Glenwood, 
IA.
