St. Ansgar, Iowa Enterprise October 20, 1931
   Dr. J. C. Westenberger and Miss Amanda Toeter were married Monday morning, 
October 20th, 1931, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Henry 
Toeter of Toeterville, Iowa.  The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Bosholm 
of the German Lutheran church.  Immediately after the ceremony, the couple 
left for a short wedding trip, without telling anyone of their destination, 
other than that the doctor had left word here that he would be out of his 
office for 10 days.
   Dr. Westenberger is well and favorably known in this community as a 
physician and friend.  He came here as a young man to practice his chosen 
profession and has remained, making for himself a place in the hearts of the 
people that no word of commendation could add to or detract.
   Mrs. Westenberger is also well and favorably known in this community, 
having resided many years in Toeterville with her parents, for whom the town 
was named.
   The many friends of the Westenbergers will be pleased to welcome them home.
