OBITUARY: Louise Dieterichs, Mitchell County, Iowa Louise Dieterichs [1910-1986] [Mason City Globe Gazette, Mason City Iowa, FEB 2, 1986] OSAGE - Louise Dieterichs, 75, of Osage, died Tuesday (Feb. 11, 1986) at an Osage hospital. Mrs. Dieterichs, director of nursing at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage from 1957 to 1975, was born April 1, 1910, in Cedar Township, Mitchell county. She was the daughter of Herman K. and Lise Maria (Dynna) Klemesrud. She attended rural schoools, graduating from Osage High School. She attended Waldorf College in Forest City, and later Fairview School of Nursing in Minneapolis, graduating in 1933. Following graduation, she was operating supervisor at the Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis. She married Stanley W. Dieterichs on October 31, 1937, at Rock Creek Lutheran Church, rural Osage. He died in January 1959. Mrs. Dieterichs worked at Nissen Hospital in Osage, and later at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, where she was director of nursing for 18 years. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage, with Rev. Joseph Nesheim officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery. Visitation is after 1 p.m. Friday at Champion Funeral Home in Osage. Mrs. Dieterichs is survived by two daughters, Gail Dieterichs, San Diego, and Sylvia Dieterichs, Osage; a sister, Mrs. Ingwald (Alice) Sponheim, Osage; and a brother, Herman L.
