ST. ANSGAR - Mary Ann Leraaen, 85, of Belvidere, Ill., formerly of St.
Ansgar, died Thursday (June 10, 1999) at the Northwoods Health Center in
Belvidere, Ill.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home,

                           MARY ANN LERAAEN

ST. ANSGAR - Mary Ann Leraaen, 85, of Belvidere, Ill., formerly of
St. Ansgar, died Thursday (June 10, 1999) at the Northwoods Healthcare
Center in Belvidere, Ill.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Schroeder & Sites
Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Gary Gonnerman officiating. Burial
will be in St. Ansgar Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mary Ann was born on July 18, 1913, to Joseph and Barbara Lucas Curin at
Haugen, Wis. She married Carl O. Leraaen in 1941. She lived in Belvidere
the last 11 years. She passed away at the age of 85.

She is survived by one daughter, Barbara (Eldon) Boozell of Belvidere; four
grandchildren, Dennis Jensen, Lisa Jensen, Debby Roderick, and Todd Zacharda;
seven great-grandchildren, Amy and Ashley Roderick, Samantha and Daniel
Zacharda, Rowan and Lucas Abbott and Anna Jensen; and two sisters, Helen
Winterton of Fulton, Ill., and Lucy Cullen of Lucerne, Calif.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Geraldine
Zacharda; granddaughter, Roseann Zacharda; and great-grandson, Samuel Abbott.

Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, 207 S. School St., St. Ansgar, is in
