Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Schroeder-Sites Funeral Home,
St. Ansgar, for Roy Matthew Theobald, age 59, of Stacyville. He died
Saturday, March 2, 2002.

                          Roy Matthew Theobald

Roy Matthew Theobald, age 56, died March 2, 2002 at his residence in
Stacyville, IA. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 7, 2002 at
the Visitation Catholic Church, Stacyville with Rev. Joseph Schneider
officiating. Burial was in the Visitation Cemetery, Stacyville.
Schroeder-Sites Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Roy Matthew Theobald was born Jan. 29, 1946 in Osage to Carl and Irma
(Durben) Theobald. He was educated at Stacyville and lived in the Stacyville
area working at various jobs.

Preceding him in death were his father; and one brother, Robert.

Those that survive him include his mother, Irma of Stacyville; one sister,
Helen Hemann of Austin, MN; three brothers, Glen Theobald of Lake City, MN,
Kenneth Theobald of Stacyville and Roger Theobald of Elk Horn, NB; and many
nieces and nephews.
