OBITUARY: Grace Irene Warburton, Mitchell County, Iowa

                        Grace Irene Warburton

A memorial service was held on Saturday, October, 20, 2001 at Lindstrom
Funeral Home, Riceville, for Grace Irene Warburton, age 74, of Riceville.
Rev. Herschel Hawf officiated. Burial was in the Eddy-Kendalville Cemetery,
Kendallville, Iowa. She died at her residence on Wednesday, October 17, 2001
of natural causes.

Grace was born in rural Riceville on Feb. 10, 1927 to John and Zeffie (Ford)
Warburton one of nine children born to this marriage. She was employed at
the Riceville State Bank until her retirement.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother Harry and two sisters,
Dolores Lamber and Lenora Gansen.

Those that survive her include two brothers, Walter "Bill" Warburton and
Dale and his wife, Kathryn Warburton both of Riceville; three sisters,
Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Anderson of Riceville and Mrs. Lois Eidness of Osage;
and Maryetta Mentel of Waterloo; many nieces and nephews.
