OBITUARY: Grant Reed, c1895-1966, Mitchell County, Iowa

                             GRANT REED

OSAGE - Funeral services will be held at the Champion Funeral Home here
for Grant Reed, 71, who died Saturday night at his home here.
(Dec. 18, 1966).

Mr. Reed died of a heart attack a short time after returning home from
work at the C. R. Champion and Sons furniture store, where he had worked
for 25 years.

Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery with the Rev. Norman Hall, St. Paul,
Minn., and formerly of Osage, officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Rena; a daughter, Mrs. Sam Wigant, a son,
Delmer, Riceville; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; his father,
Joseph, Osage, and a brother Aubrey, Knoxville.
