OBITUARY: Laura (Seidlinger) Loecher, 1914-1981, Mitchell County, Iowa [St. Ansgar Enterprise, 6 AUG 1981] Mrs. Leo Loecher Funeral Held Wednesday, August 5 Funeral services for Mrs. Leo Loecher, 67, of Osage, and formerly of the St. Ansgar community, who died Sunday, August 2 at the Mitchell County Memorial hospital, were held Wednesday, August 5 at the Sacred Heart Catholic church in Osage with the Rev. Jacob Roth officiating. Laura Seidlinger was born on March 20, 1914 in North Dakota, the daughter of George and Laura (Hartough) Seidlinger. Mrs. Loecher is survived by her husband, Leo of Osage; four daughters, Mrs. Richard (Marcia) Kalmes of Rochester, Minn.; Mrs. Donald (Lena) Rude of Rochester, Minn.; Mrs. Michael (Debra) Gilson of Redwood Falls, Minn.; and Mrs. Albert (Sandra) Quintana of North Glen, Colo.; one son, Kevin of Rochester, Minn.; also 11 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Kathryn) Goergen of Adams, Minn.; four brothers, Marvin Seidlinger of Denver, Colo.; Elmer Seidlinger of Wimbleton, N.D.; Raymond Seidlinger of Pekin, N.D. and George Seidlinger of Manford, N.D. Burial was in the St. Ansgar cemetery with Rev. Roth in charge of the committal services.
