OBITUARY: William Friedrich Kronemann, 1873-1947, Mitchell Co., Iowa

                       William Frederik Kronemann

William Kronemann died Saturday evening, May 10th, at home in St. Ansgar.
His funeral was May 13th at Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar.  Burial
was in the St. Ansgar cemetery.

He was born on October 25, 1873 in Rock Township, Mitchell Co., Iowa, to
Karl Kronemann and Augusta Ueker Kronemann.  William was baptized on
December 7th, 1873 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Rock Twp.  He was
confirmed there in 1887.

On Mar 7, 1901 he married Mete Ruebe of Barton Township, Worth Co., Iowa,
by Rev. John Landeck of Grafton.  They had two children: Clarence of
Mason City, and Irma, now Mrs. Rudolph Gemaehlich of St. Ansgar.

He is also survived by a widow, and brother Emil of Rock Twp., and a sister
Mrs. Minnie Runge of McHenry, N. Dakota.

He was age: 73 years, 6 months and 15 days.
