OBITUARY: Marjorie Mack, 1915-2003, Mitchell County, Iowa

Funeral services were held Monday, May 12, 2003 for Marjorie Mack, age 87,
of Osage at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage. The Reverend Karen
Dungan officiated. Interment was in the Lakeview Cemetery in Howell, MI.
Marjorie died Thursday, May 8, 2003 at the Faith Lutheran Home in Osage.

Marjorie Mack was born August 17, 1915, in Howell, MI, the daughter of Glen
and Alma (Birdsall) Mack. She attended country school near Deerfield, MI
through the 8th grade and graduated from Howell High School in 1932. She
attended and graduated from the University of Michigan with a teaching
degree. Marjorie taught eight years in country schools and 43 years in
the Melvindale and North Allen Park School District in Michigan.

She retired in 1980 and moved to Osage in 1984. Marjorie enjoyed gardening,
the outdoors and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Harry and his wife
Madeline Mack and a great-niece Melissa Mack.

Her survivors include one nephew Robert Mack and his wife Carol of Osage
and their sons Michael, Mitchell, Matthew and Marshall.

Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
