OBITUARY: Emil J. Nemeth, 1910-2003, Mitchell Co., Iowa

                          Emil J. Nemeth

Funeral service for Emil J. Nemeth, 92, of St. Ansgar were held
Thursday, July 24, 2003  at the St. Ansgar Catholic Church, St. Ansgar,
with Rev. Mark Reasoner officiating.  Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.

Emil died on July 21, 2003 at the Good Samaritan Center, St. Ansgar. 

Emil was born on July 31, 1910 in Chicago, Ill. to Karl and Katherin (Jaun)
Nemeth.  He resided in Mitchell County his entire life.  He married Helga
Miller on February 26, 1952 in Mitchell County.  Emil worked as a farm
hand for many years.

Emil was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and four sisters.

He is survived by his wife Helga of St. Ansgar; two sons Carl (Jill) of
Pheonix, AZ and John of Clarion, IA; one daughter Cindy (Mike) Plenge of
Charfield, MN; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home of St. Ansgar was in charge of arrangements.
