OBITUARY: Ruby Marie (Gooder) Inskeep, 1901-1938, Mitchell Co., Iowa 



                       Ruby Marie Inskeep

Ruby Marie Gooder, daughter of Oliver and Cora Gooder, was born
December third, 1901, near McIntire, Iowa.  She grew to girlhood
in this community and was graduated from the local high school with
the class of 1919.  She attended Cedar Valley Seminary at Osage and
taught in the rural schools until her marriage.

She was united in marriage to Don H. Inskeep on December 4, 1922.
To this union was born one son, Robert Dale.

They made their home in Sac City and Monona, Iowa; St. Louis, Missouri,
and Lake Crystal, Minnesota.  She passed away peacefully Thursday
evening, December 15, 1938, at the home of her father and mother
where she had been since Sunday.

She is survived by her husband and son, her parents, one brother and
two sisters: L.E. Gooder, Mrs. G.H. Church and Gladyce Gooder.

Funeral services were held from the parental Gooder home in McIntire
Sunday afternoon, December 18, at 2 pm.  Burial was made in the Wayne
Cemetery.
