                     Dorothy E. Larson

Dorothy E. Larson, 73, died Tuesday evening (Aug. 8, 1995)
at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, following a brief illness.

The former Dorothy Anderson was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Orchard,
Iowa, the daughter of Ludwig B. Anderson and 
Leona (nee) Millington Anderson.

She grew up in Osage, Iowa, graduating from Osage High School
in 1939.  She married Allan Larson on Dec. 17, 1939, in Osage.

The couple made their home in Spring Valley, Minnesota, where she
was a homemaker and Mr. Larson worked for Ruan Transport.

Mr. Larson died in 1979.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Larson of Missoula, Montana, and 
Neil Larson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; five grandchildren; and
one brother, Bernard Anderson of Osage.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister.

Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Osage
Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Wilson of the Spring Valley Assemblies
of God Church officiating.

Visitation was held at the Thauwald Funeral Home in Spring Valley
