OBITUARY: Ena M. Bell, 1918-1995, Mitchell County, Iowa

                           Ena M. Bell

ST. ANSGAR-- Ena M. Bell, 77, died Wednesday (Aug. 9, 1995) at
the Good Samaritan Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United
Methodist Church with the Rev. Ted W. Stowers of the United Methodist
Church and the Rev. Gary Gonnerman of St. Ansgar Baptist Church,
officiating.  Burial will be in St. Ansgar Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Schroeder
and Sites Funeral Home.

Ena M. Bell was born March 21, 1918, in Carpenter.

Survivors include three sons, Harlan Bell of Waterloo, James Bell 
of St. Ansgar, and Russell Bell of Hudson; one sister, Evelyn Goedkin 
of Waterloo; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers
and two sisters.
