                        Ada H. Govier

OSAGE, Iowa-- Ada H. Govier, 94, of Osage, died Saturday, September
23, 1995, at the Maple Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Champion
Funeral Home, with the Rev. Keith Hejnal officiating. Burial
will be in the Osage City Cemetery.

Ada was born July 11, 1901, at Mitchell.

Survivors include three stepchildren, Wilma Lauson, Lois Kaul
and Bill Govier, all of Racine, Minn.; and two foster granddaughters,
Cheryl Gregory of Buffalo, Wyo., and Terri Foos of Big Bear City,
Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband,
her second husband, one brother, two sisters and one foster son.
