                        Kathleen `Kay' Hansen

ST. ANSGAR, IOWA--Kathleen "Kay" Hansen, 60, of St. Ansgar, died
Wednesday April 24, 1996, at the Good Samaritan Center, St. Ansgar.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at First Lutheran
Church with the Rev. Robert Porisch officiating.

Burial will be in the St. Ansgar City Cemetery.

Kathleen Hansen was born Feb. 28, 1936, in Rochester, Minn.

Survivors include her husband, Axel "Skip" Hansen Jr. of St. Ansgar;
one daughter, Laurie Hansen of Stillwater, Minn.; two sons, Gary of
Margat, Florida, and Jeffrey of Winterset; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
