OBITUARY: Mamie Morische, c1892-1961, Mitchell Co., Iowa



                            Mamie Morische

Last rites will be held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon at St. John’s
Lutheran church, rural Osage, for Miss Mamie Morische, 69.  She died
at 12:30 am Wednesday, July 5, 1961 in the Mitchell County Memorial
Hospital where she had been a patient since February 23.  Burial will
be in Spring Grove cemetery north of Nora Springs.

A daughter of Henry and Anna Morische, she was born in Germany and came
to the United States as an infant.

Survivors include three sisters: Miss Sophie Morische and Mrs. Lawrence
Hartwig, both of Osage, and Mrs. Fred Troge of Charles City; and one
brother, Elmer Morische of Osage.

Three brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
