                         Milburn C. Priem

ST. ANSGAR-- Milburn C. Priem, 82, of Carpenter, died Thursday,
August 17, 1995, at the Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar, Iowa.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 21, 1995, at the Immanuel
Lutheran Church, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Norman E. Betke officiating. 
Burial was in the St. Ansgar City Cemetery.

Visitation was on Sunday at Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home in St.
Ansgar.

Milburn C. Priem was born March 3, 1913, in Otranto Township,
Mitchell County, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Priem, of Carpenter; one daughter,
Marjory Hermanson of Leland; two sons, James Priem of St. Paul, Minn.,
and Gerald Priem of Silver Lake, Kan.; one sister, Elfrieda Zacharda
of St. Ansgar; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
