STACYVILLE-- Edwin A. `Pete' Schrandt, 85, died Friday (Sept. 1,
1995) in Stacyville.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Visitation
Church with the Rev. Paul Otting officiating.  Burial will be
in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Hatten and Sons Funeral Home with
a rosary at 3 p.m. today and scriptures at 8 p.m.

Edwin A. Schrandt was born June 25, 1910 in Festina.

Survivors include two sisters, Rose Klapperich of Meyer, and
Alvina Theobald of Stacyville; four brothers, Lawrence Schrandt
of Wheat Ridge, Colo., Robert Schrandt of White Rock, N.M., 
Mike Schrandt of Bancroft, and Wilfred (Fritz) Schrandt of Stacyville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one
brother.
