                         Ruth Poulsen

OSAGE--Ruth Poulsen, 91, of Osage, died Friday (March 8, 1996) at the
Stacyville Community Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Our Savior's
Lutheran Church, with the Revs. Dennis Hanson and Roy Ott officiating.
Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. today at Champion Funeral Home
and one hour prior to service time Monday at the church.

Ruth Poulsen was born May 9, 1904, near Osage.

Survivors include one daughter, Helen Emerson, Little Cedar;
one son, Clarence Thompson, Napa, Calif.; one sister, Mildred
Repplinger, Hamilton, Illinois; one brother, Maurice Squier, Osage;
and 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-
grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, three
sons, one sister, one half sister, three brothers, one half brother,
and one granddaughter.
