                   Dale Allen (Ackerman) Yost

ST. ANSGAR--Dale Allen (Ackerman) Yost, 77, of rural St. Ansgar,
died Monday (Jan. 29, 1996) at Mitchell County Regional Health
Center, Osage.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lyle
Legion Hall, Lyle, Minn.

There will be no visitation. Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home,
St. Ansgar, is in charge of arrangements.

Dale Allen (Ackerman) Yost was born March 11, 1918, in Butler
County.

Survivors include his wife, Lorna, of St. Ansgar; one daughter,
Mary Lavanderos of Northwood; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;
two sisters, Margery Force of Seattle, Wash., and Jeanette Gawiller
of Charles City; and one brother, Harvey Ackerman of St. Ansgar.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather.
