                         Arthur H. Boehmer

McINTIRE, IOWA--Arthur H. Boehmer, 87, of McIntire, died Tuesday, Dec. 10,
1996, at the Stacyville Community Nursing Home, Stacyville, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at the Immaculate Conception
Catholic Church, Riceville. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Elma.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Conway Funeral Home,
Riceville, with a 7 p.m. Scripture service.

He is survived by one daughter, Lois Duryee of McIntire; and one son, James
Boehmer of Yates City, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his wife, an infant son, four brothers and six
sisters.
