                       James Joseph Chisholm

OSAGE, IOWA--James Joseph Chisholm, 69, of Osage, died Wednesday, Jan. 15,
1997, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18th, at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, Osage, with the Rev. Dennis Cahill officiating.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Visitation will be held today at the Champion Funeral Home.

James Joseph Chisholm was born Jan. 7, 1928, in Osage.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Osage; five sons, Mark, Mike,
Monte, Marty and Matthew, all of Osage; one daughter, Melany Hejlik of
Woodland Park, Colo.; three brothers, Leo of Osage, Larry of Minneapolis,
Minn., and Dan of Mason City; three sisters, Mercedes Bredahoft, Joan
Cole and Kay Sloan, all of Minneapolis, Minn.; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
