                       William O. Duenow

William O. Duenow, 73, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, died Friday, Aug. 9, 1996,
at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held Monday at the St. Peter Lutheran Church,
Toeterville, Iowa, with the Rev. David H. Palm officiating.

Burial will be in St. Peter Lutheran Church Cemetery.

The Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, is in charge of
arrangements.

William O. Duenow was born Aug. 22, 1922, at Austin, Minn.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, of St. Ansgar; one son, Stephen,
of St. Ansgar; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
