OBITUARY: Josephine Fabricius, 1912-1997, Mitchell County, Iowa

                        Josephine Fabricius

OSAGE, IOWA--Josephine Fabricius, 85, of Osage, died Monday (June 30,
1997) at the Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.

Memorial services will be held Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church,
Osage, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating.
Inurnment will be in the Osage Cemetery.

The body was cremated. There will be no visitation. Champion Funeral Home
is in charge of arrangements.

Josephine Fabricius was born Jan. 22, 1912, in Nodaway.

She is survived by her husband, Martin Fabricius, Osage; one daughter,
Carol Ann Cox, Ames; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son and one brother.
