                     Donita F. (Ball) Johnson

OSAGE, IOWA--Donita F. (Ball) Johnson, 60, died Sunday (April 6, 1997)
at the Faith Home in Osage.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 9th, at the Champion
Funeral Home, Osage, with the Rev. Jerry Newland and the Rev. Bob Melhorn
officiating.  Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Donita F. (Ball) Johnson was born July 4, 1936, in Floyd County, Iowa.

Survivors include her mother, Hazel Ball of Osage; one sister, Lodema
Cockrum of Nora Springs; and one brother, Merlyn Ball of Mesa, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father, and husband.
