                           Kenneth C. Knapp

LITTLE CEDAR, IOWA--Kenneth C. Knapp, 89, of Little Cedar, died Sunday,
May 25, [1997], at the Osage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, at the Little Cedar
United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ted Stowers officiating.  Burial
will be in the Little Cedar Cemetery with Masonic Rites at the grave by
the Osage Masonic Lodge 102 A.F. & A.M.

Kenneth C. Knapp was born Sept. 29, 1907, in Osage.

Survivors include his wife, Vernice of Little Cedar; one daughter, Peggy
Jacobson of Osage; one son, Richard Knapp, Cedar Rapids; three grand-
daughters; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and his twin brother.

The Champion Fumeral Home, Osage, is in charge if arrangements.
