                           Dean Lashbrook

OSAGE, IOWA--Dean Lashbrook, 76, of Osage, died Thursday (Oct. 24, 1996)
at the Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Champion Funeral Home,
with the Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating.

Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery, with military rites at the grave by
the American Legion Post #278 of Osage.

Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Dean Lashbrook was born May 14, 1920, in Osage.

Survivors include one brother, Kenneth Lashbrook and his wife, Mildred, of
Osage; one sister, Bethel Durby and her husband, Marlo, of Lake Mills; and
many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Sammie.
