                         Clifford C. Seter Sr.

OSAGE, IOWA--Clifford C. Seter Sr., 94, of Osage, died Tuesday, Sept. 17,
1996, at the Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Our Savior's Lutheran
Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating.

Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Clara, of Osage; three daughters, Grace Janson
of Belmond, Mildred Jennings of Orchard, and Marcella Larsen of Mason City;
one son, Clifford Seter Jr. of Orchard; 20 grandchildren; and 49 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, an infant sister,
three half-sisters, two half-brothers, one granddaughter and one great-
grandson.

The Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
