OBITUARY: Dorothea Shreve, 1911-1997, Mitchell County, Iowa

                           Dorothea Shreve

OSAGE, IOWA-- Dorothea E. Shreve, 85, died Saturday (Jan. 4, 1997) at the
Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at Champion Funeral Home in
Osage, with the Rev. James Shelton Officiating.  Burial was in the Osage
City Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 31, 1911, in Weyaywega, Wisconsin.

Survivors include two sons, David Shreve of Dougherty and Patrick Shreve
of Osage; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
