OBITUARY: Hope Warrington, 1901-1997, Mitchell County, Iowa

                          Hope Warrington

OSAGE, IOWA--Hope Aileen Warrington, age 95, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 1997,
at the Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Feb 12th, at the Champion
Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Magstadt officiating.  Burial was in
the Osage City Cemetery.

Hope was born October 28, 1901, at Udell.

Survivors include one daughter, Jane King of Charles City; a stepdaughter,
Lucille Gunsallus of Osage; a stepson, Harold Warrington of Florence,
Oregon; eight grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and many great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, four children,
nine sisters, a brother and two grandchildren.
